What is EvoraWise?
EvoraWise is a full-service event management platform that helps organizations plan, execute, and measure the success of events of any size — from intimate workshops to large-scale conferences.
What types of events do you support?
We support corporate events, conferences, summits, weddings, social events, trade shows, exhibitions, virtual/hybrid events, workshops, and training sessions.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend 6-8 weeks for small events (Starter), 8-12 weeks for mid-size events (Professional), and 12+ weeks for large-scale Enterprise events. Rush planning is available at an additional cost.
Do you operate internationally?
Yes! While our headquarters are in Austin, TX, we've managed events across 15+ countries. Our vendor network and experience span globally.
Pricing & Billing
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The quoted price includes all services listed in your plan. Any additional costs such as vendor fees, venue deposits, or add-on services are always discussed and approved by you in advance.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and ACH payments. For Enterprise clients, we also support purchase orders and net-30 invoicing.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade from Starter to Professional at any time before your event. We'll prorate the difference and seamlessly add the new services.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a full refund if you cancel within 7 days of booking and more than 30 days before your event date. After that, a partial refund may apply based on work already completed.
Do you offer non-profit discounts?
Yes! We offer a 15% discount for verified non-profit organizations across all plans. Just provide your organization's documentation when booking.
Planning & Logistics
Will I have a dedicated point of contact?
Yes! Every client is assigned a dedicated Event Coordinator who manages your project from start to finish. You'll have their direct line and email for seamless communication.
Can I bring my own vendors?
Of course. We're happy to work with your preferred vendors. We can also vet new vendors and negotiate on your behalf to ensure the best quality and pricing.
How do you handle last-minute changes?
Our team is experienced in adapting quickly. We maintain contingency plans for every event and our vendor relationships allow for flexible adjustments, even close to the event date.
What happens on the day of the event?
Our on-site coordination team manages everything — from vendor setup to timeline execution to guest management. You and your team can focus on the experience while we handle the logistics.
Technology & Virtual Events
Do you support virtual and hybrid events?
Yes! We provide end-to-end virtual and hybrid event solutions including platform setup, live streaming, audience engagement tools, breakout rooms, and on-demand content.
Which virtual event platforms do you use?
We're platform-agnostic and work with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Hopin, Airmeet, Gather, and custom solutions. We'll recommend the best platform based on your event goals and budget.
Can attendees interact with each other in virtual events?
Absolutely. We implement networking lounges, 1:1 video chat, group breakout rooms, live Q&A, polls, and chat features to keep your virtual audience engaged.
Do you provide post-event recordings?
Yes. All virtual and hybrid events include full recordings, and we can create highlight reels, clips for social media, and a post-event content library for attendees.
Account & Privacy
How do I create an account?
You can sign up directly through our platform. Click 'Get Started' and follow the steps. You'll need your email address and basic event details to get started.
How do I delete my account?
Visit our Delete Account page to permanently remove your account and all associated data. This action is irreversible, so please back up any important information first.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption, secure servers, and follow GDPR and CCPA compliance. Your data is never sold to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
